Have you ever dreamed of running a 5K? Or are you a runner that has taken some time off and are ready to get back out there? The Couch to 5K Program is a wonderful way to get moving. The program consists of 3 runs a week for 9 weeks, slowly building up until you are running the entire 3.1 miles.
Running with someone always makes the time pass faster, and helps to keep the momentum going. If you are in the South Hills area and are looking for someone to hold you accountable to the program let me know!! :)
