Days 3 and 4 I was exhausted by the end of the day. I'm talking DEAD TIRED. I was in bed by 9:30 each night. On Day 5 I seemed to have more energy, and even managed to stay awake until 11 last night.
I am really seeing that it is taking less food for me to feel full on. Also, the sugar cravings are less intense. I especially miss sweetener in my tea, which I would often have in the evening after dinner. I'm drinking my tea plain now, and it isn't bad, but I can't say that I prefer it like this. (At least not yet!)
You can live a healthy lifestyle in the real world without giving up everything that makes you happy.
