Tomorrow is the day that I am starting my Whole30 Challenge. I've read the book and I really believe that the science supports everything that they outline - that whole natural foods are far better for us and our bodies than any of the processed convenience food that we have built our lives around.
That being said, I know that it is going to be TOUGH to do the work required to make it for 30 days without any added sugar, or any processed food at all. I also am super excited to see and feel the changes that it will bring as well.
If you are interested in learning more about this, you can watch Hungry for Change. (I found it on Netflix) It helped add to my motivation for making the changes that I know are going to benefit my health.
You can live a healthy lifestyle in the real world without giving up everything that makes you happy.
