I've tried to incorporate meditation into my daily routine before, and I have never managed to get the hang of it. (I've been told that I have a serious case of "monkey mind" which may have something to do with the problem!) But I've vowed this month to give it another shot. I downloaded the Headspace app to give their free 10 day program a try.
