I am trying to push myself more this year. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and past those tired and true behaviors that feel comfortable, yet are NOT getting me any closer to my goals.
It's difficult and scary and frustrating, but I keep telling myself that is what it takes to grow and change. So I am trying to get comfortable being uncomfortable. And as much as I hate to admit it, I think it is working. :)
You can live a healthy lifestyle in the real world without giving up everything that makes you happy.
