When it comes to health, most people can tell you WHAT they want it to look like for them. Success may be losing X number of pounds, or wearing a favorite dress or pair of jeans. And those are all wonderful goals.
But goals are nothing more than wishes if there is no action taken.
So what actions are you taking that support your goal? What behaviors can your add or adapt to move your towards the outcome that you want for yourself?
Today name your goal, and then list at least three behaviors or actions that you will need to get there. They should be very specific.
Example: My goal - lose 10 pounds.
Actions I will take this week to support that goal -
At the end of each day you will very clearly see what you accomplished to help get you the goal that you want for yourself.
You don't need to be perfect - you just need to START. PIck something specific, and make it happen. Even if it is just one thing. One day at a time. Focus on the behaviors and the goals will take care of themselves.
You can live a healthy lifestyle in the real world without giving up everything that makes you happy.
