This year the Lenten season runs from March 5 - April 20. 40 days. Typically during Lent people will give something up, but this year you may want to consider something different. Take these 40 days and invest in yourself. What could you accomplish if you gave yourself 40 days of real effort? What small daily actions could you do to help move you towards your bigger goals?
Change does not have to be a radical "all or nothing" decision. In fact, the most lasting changes have been proven to come from the small, consistent actions that we incorporate into our lives over the long haul. That thought is what sparked this idea for the 40 Days to Bloom program.
During the 40 days of Lent I am offering a coaching program specifically focused on breaking your goals down into small, manageable, daily actions. Consistency will be our key.
